W.A. Farr, Esq.,

#133 Federal St., Boston.

Dear Sir: -

The cost of regrading, enriching and sowing your lot with grass seed will be thirty five dollars ($35.00). The other item in the estimate will be as in my letter of Nov. 6th. 1889.

It would improve the lot very much to remove the whole of the curbing.

Dear Madam: -

When your lot was put in order it was necessary to re[move?] the top earth to put in a proper amount of soil, and it was not possible to do the work properly and save the shrub.

I am sorry the shrub has been removed if you value it, but I was not aware that its removal was a matter of any importance to you.

Respectfully yours,

H.B. Mackintosh Treas.

Dear Sir;

In regard to lot 1337 [Nason?], I do not understand about the one dollar (1.00) which you have deducted from the amount of ten dollars (10.00) received, as the standing bill was two dollars and fifty cents (2.50) for top-dressing in 1890.

Please advise if the year is correct on enclosed H.E. and oblige

Yours Resp'y

#752-L

Gerald Wyman, Esq.,

Boston.

Dear Sir: -

It does not appear that the turf can be made level around the headstone of Wm. Wyman on lot #752 without covering the date, and the only way in which the date can be shown to advantage is to raise the stone although I do not think the effect of the stone itself will be improved by raising. The new stone has just been delivered and as both should be set at the same height I will delay setting until I hear from you.

The perpetual care with renewal of the headstones now on the lots, and the new one to be added will cost one hundred dollars ($100.00):

Respectfully yours,
