[Left Page] [Sunday, February 9, 1941] Rex & I went to see John and alma this afternoon.

[Right Page] [Monday, February 10, 1941] I washed today and took a nap. Rex went to town. Mr. William Rodgers came tonight.

[Left Page] [Tuesday, Feburary 11, 1941] I got most of the ironing done mended part of the clothes and made 1 sheet and two towels.

[Right Page] [Wednesday, February 12, 1941] Finished ironing made 2 sheets and 8 towels. I don't feel so well today neither does Rex we both have taken cold.

[Left Page] [Thursday, February 13, 1941] I made a cushion cover for mother I have done the general house work. Fern came a while tonight.

[Right Page] [Friday, February 14, 1941] I cleaned the china closet and mended some socks and have done the general house work. John & Alma came tonight.

[Left Page] [Saturday, February 15, 1941] Rex & Jay went to town today but I didn't go. I went to see Sis and spent the day with her. Rex sold most of my chicken for me today. He sold 30 hens and 5 roosters. They brought $24.97. The Roosters 10c a lb & hens 14 1/2c. Fern came home with J.B and will spend the night.

[Right Page] [Sunday, February 16, 1941] Homer came this morning. Fern went home. I read some & took a nap and listened to the Radio today and also tonight.

Sat, February 15, 1941. Mr. and Mrs. John Albert Whitfield and little daughter came a while tonight.

[Left Page] [Monday, February 17, 1941] We killed a hog today. Mr. William Rodgers and John Marion help Kill the hog. I got dinner and sewed some. I am making mother another cushin cover. andrew came today. Rex went to town this afternoon after a Jar to put the lard in.

[Right Page] [Tuesday, February 18, 1941] Rex renendered the lard. I washed tubs and the sausage mill & helped Rex some. We went to Pleasant View this afternoon. Dad isn't any better. We got some corn and come by Mr. Gore's & had it cushed. I visited Mrs. Gore. I went to see Sis a few minutes While Rex went to Cousin will Wilson's.
