FORT WORTH, TEXAS, March 19 1906. 1905
Hon. The Mayor and City Council, Ft. Worth, Texas.
Gentlemen:-
The vast amount of work now being done in curbing, gutter and side walk construction seems to demand that our regulations applying to such conditions consideratio be revamped, in such manner as to secure uniformity of lines, grades and methods of construction, as present ordinances seem to eb inadequate for the purpose. I therefore respectfully recommend:
That the City Attorney and City Engineer be instructed to prepare and present at the next reguarl meeting of the Council, a form of ordinance properly covering the situation.
Respectfully,
John B Hawley City Engineer.
We submit attached draft of ordinance 4/02/06
