Gentlemen:
I hereby petition your honorable body to give me a release from City of Ft. Worth on Lot 8, and N 20' of Lot 1, of Blk 64 J.P. Smith (Sub)division making a lot 50' x 76', as per City Asssessors Books. Lot was sold to City of Ft. Worth in 1885 and no release was ever given.
Kindly grant release at once as you will find all taxes paid to Jan. 1st 1901, and oblige.
