Notice.
To the members of the Hanover Ctr Cemetery Association.
You are hereby notified to meet at the vestry of the First Cong Church at 7.30 oclock P.M. on the 29th day of September 1928 to act upon the following subjects.
First. To hear reports of all officers.
Second. To see what action will be taken in regard to discontinueing the association.
Third. To transact any other business which may legally come before said meeting.

Agreeable to the foregoing notice the association met and proceeded to following business.
In the absence of both Pres. and Vice Pres- the meeting was called to order by the clerk.
Under Art 1. Report of Treasurer. and Clerk read accepted and adopted.
Art 2. To see what action will be taken in regard to discontinueing the association. Remarks by Mrs Derby. and Mr James Spencer. Voted that this Article be passed over.
Art 3. Mr J. O. Gale. having moved away. Miss K.E. Spencer was elected Pres- W.J. Boyd V.P. H.F.Derby. Clerk. Mrs H.F.Derby TreasW.J. Boyd. Com- for three years. and voted to adjourn.

The association met in response to the foregoing notice and proceeded to the following busness. Meeting called to order by the President Miss Spencer.
Under Article 1 Report of Clerk. and Treas. read and accepted.
On account of there being so few members present it was voted to pass over Art. 2.
Under Art. 3 The bylaws were read. and there was some talk as to revising same. and C. E. Thompson. and Mr + Mrs H.F. Derby. were appointed a committe to act in that capacity.
Voted to adjourn to the evening of Oct 20 1941.

Meeting was called to order by the President Miss Katharina E Spencer.
Report of the Clerk read and accepted
Report of the Commissioners called for but they had none.
Voted that anyone signing the book shall deposit one dollar and if so voted the dollar will be [refunded].
The society then proceeded to the election of officers
For President whole number of votes cast 10. Neccessary for choice 6. C. E. Thompson had 4 K. E. Spencer 5. Mrs Derby had 1. The Clerk was then instructed to cast one vote for C.E. Thompson and he was elected.
For Vice President Mrs H.F.Derby had 7 votes and was elected
