Notice.

To the members of the Hanover Ctr
Cemetery Association.

You are hereby notified to meet at
the vestry of the First Cong Church
at 7.30 oclock P.M. on the 29^th day
of September 1928 to act upon the
following subjects.

First. To hear reports of all officers.

Second. To see what action will be
taken in regard to discontinueing
the association.

Third. To transact any other bus-
iness which may legally come
before said meeting.

association met and proceeded to
following business.

In the absence of both Pres. and Vice
Pres- the meeting was called to order
by the clerk.

Under Art 1. Report of Treasurer. and
Clerk read accepted and adopted.

Art 2. To see what action will be taken
in regard to discontinueing the asso-
ciation. Remarks by Mrs Derby.
and Mr James Spencer. Voted that
this Article be passed over.

Art 3. Mr J. O. Gale. having
moved away. Miss K.E. Spencer
was elected Pres- W.J. Boyd V.P.
H.F.Derby. Clerk. Mrs H.F.Derby Treas-
W.J. Boyd. Com- for three years.
and voted to adjourn.
