VERSO To the members of the Hanover Center Cemetery Association: You are hereby notified to meet at the vestry of the First Congregational Society at Hanover Centre, on S. at seven o'clock P.M., to act upon the following subjects. Viz.
1st To choose a member of the board of Commissioners for the ensuing three years and other necessary officers
2n To hear the report of the commissioners and other officers and act thereon
3rd To transact any other business that may properly come before the association

Barnes On motion proceeded to ballot for a commissioner for three years Ballot Whole No. of Votes 9 Necessary for a choice 5 John. R. Runnals had 1 Asa W. Fellows " 8 and was declared elected Ballot for President Whole No. of Votes 8 Necessary for choice 5 John R. Runnals had 1 William L. Barnes " 7 and was declared elected. Ballot for Vice President Whole No. of Votes 9 Necessary for a choice 5 Willard G. Hurlbutt had 2 John. R. Runals " 7 elected

Walter Ferson " 5 and was declared elected. Proceeded to ballot for Clerk Whole No. of Votes 8 Necessary for a Choice 5 Asa W. Fellows had 8 and was declared elected and in open meeting took the oath of office as required by law. On motion voted for Treasurer with the following result. To the members of the Hanover Centre Cemetery Association;
You are hereby notified to meet at the Vestry of the First Congregational Society at Hanover Center on Wednesday the 30th day of September 1903 at Seven o'clock P.M. to act upon the following subjects. Viz.
1 To choose a member of the board of Commissioners for the ensuing three years.
2nd To choose all necessary officers for the ensuing year.
3rd To hear the reports of the Commissioners and treasurer and act thereon
4th To transact any other necessary business.
