notice, and were called to order by the President,
John O. Gale. Proceeded to the choice of officers as
follows:

to fill the vacancy in the board
of Commissioners caused by the death of
John R. Runnals.

Personally appeared Asa W. Fellows of
the town of Hanover and took the oath of
office prescribed by law as clerk of the
Hanover Ctr. Cemetery Association
