I have no doubt you have heard of the sudden de -parture of our dear friend Mr Shelley - and this comes with Mrs Shelley's request for you, and the following friends namely Mr Bernie - Mr Hoskings, Mr Bowden, Mr Eager Mr Hall and Mr James Smith to attend the funeral of her dear departed Husband which will take place on Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock - you will therefore make Mrs Shelley's request to the afore mentioned friends known I am in haste my dear Son
