Yours with my account current balance in Mr Birnies farm £11.19.10 came safe to hand - and I have no doubt but that is is correct = if Mr Birnie still continues to buy meat from Cribb the balance will soon be paid - but if not let me know & I will settle the balance some other way -

With respect to Mr Dixons Rum - I must leave you to do that which ought to be done - no doubt Mr D should have the quantity returned and if the quality is not so good to have it made up as you say in yours -

You mention Mr Campbells note but as I have set that apart in order to

pay Mr Eager & Mr Crook, I can take nothing but what Mr Eager will receive in payment and if the note is not paid after all Mr C's promises it must be brought before the Court - you will let me know Mr Chisholm determination as soon as you can - the 3 bags of Potatoes came safe - your mother brothers & sisters are all well and join in kind love to you and Mrs B. and believe me my Dear Son
