[Margin] Summoned to appear before the Magistrate case dismissed [/margin] James Robb did at the City of Kingston on the 15th day of April instant forestall regrate and monopolise the market by buying a quantity of mutton before the hour of ten o'clock. Contrary to By Law in such case made and provided. And I hereby notify you to remove said obstruction on or before the first day of May next, otherwise you will be proceeded against according to law. Contrary to by law in such case made and provided. And I hereby notify you to remove said obstruction on or before the first day of May next. Otherwise you will be proceeded against according to law. That the smell from said premise is unbearable and likely to cause a [opedience?] May 5th 1882
