[Margin] Summoned before the police magistrate and fined Jan'y 13/82 George Begg Jr. did at the city of Kingston drive a horse and sleigh without having bells attached to the horses Contrary to Statute Per report P. C. [Police Constable] Wm [William] Hinds Jan'y [January] 7/82

[Margin] Three closets cleaned and the others disinfected [/margin] Wm [William] A Benson made complaint that the water closets in Maple Row were in a very bad condition. Made an inspection found that three required cleaning and notified the LandLord Charles McMillan and tenants this day Dec 30/81.
