FRIDAY JANUARY 1 It has been cloudy most of the day + rained a little tonight. I spe'nt the day at Jim's. Rex & I we'nt to Mr. Merrill's a little while tonight.

SATURDAY JANUARY 2 It has been cloudy part of the day. Sis wen't to town this morning. Rex & I wen't to town this afternoon. I saw Lorene Weir. First time I had seen her for a good while. Sis will spend the night at Jessie's.
