Gentlemen
We your Committee on Finance recommend That the Mayor and City Secy be authorized and instructed to execute 4 notes of the City in favor to The Neptune MEter Co for the sum of $15675 each dated June 1st 1904 to become are in one two three and four years after date respectively and to bear interest at the rate of 6 percent per annum payable semi annually said notes being for four fifths of the purchase price of 55 meters delivered to the Water Wks Dept and now in use.
