I have excepted an invitation to attend the Fall Festival, to be held in Dallas, Oct-10th & 11th, and compete with other Texas Cities, in the Firemen's Tournament.
I would respectfully ask permission from your Honorable body, to permit me to take a Hose Wagon, Buggie, three Horses, and Harness, to Dallas, also for leave of absense for myself and five members of the Department for four days,
