JOHN T. MONTGOMERY, City Secretary.
W.J. ESTES, Assistant.
CITY OF FORT WORTH.
OFFICE OF CITY SECRETARY.
Fort Worth, Tex. Oct 2 1903
Hon Mayor & Board of Aldermen.
Gentlemen.
Your petitioner would respectfully state that he is the owner of certain property in the city of Fort Worth. In which taxes have not been paid for some years. Part of the time it has been assessed as unknown, and the tax values almost confiscatory, I am anxious, and ready to pay in cash at once any reasonable valuations, and would ask your proper committee to investigate and place a value at figures consistent with location &c.
