Be it resolved that the superintendent of the water works and city attorney be directed to communicate with the MK&T Ry Co in Texas with reference to the contract [?] and maintenance of an arc light at the crossing of said Railway on Leuda Street in said city and that they be instructed to do that the ordinance of the city with yard to lights at rail way crossing is complied with in so far as said light at the Leuda Street crossing is concerned

We your Finance Committee recommend That they be authorized to purchase four 7th series 5% bonds of the City maturing in 1921 at par and accrued interest and that the City Secretary be authorized to issue warrant for same on proper voucher accompanied by said bonds.
