Gentlemen

We your petitioner citizens of the City of Ft Worth Texas represent that we live on Granger Street between Magnolia and Oliander Streets in said City, that we are anxious to become water customers of said City, that there is a water main on Magnolia Street, that the laying of a water main on said Granger Street would enable us to become such water customers at a cost within our means Wherefore we petition you to order the laying of a main down said Granger Street connecting with said main on Magnolia Street and extending at least as far as said Oliander Street.
