Gentlemen-
We, your committee on Water Works, to whom was referred that attached application of W. H. Peckham, for laying 325 feet of 2 inch black pipe, beg to recommend that the prayer of the petitioner be granted and he beallowed to furnish said pipe at a cost not to exceed 18 cents per foot, the title of said pipe line to be in the city as soon as laid.

I hereby respectfully petition that I be allowed to run a 2 inch pipe for water purposes from its pipe now in front of the house of W. H. Peckham on 6th Ave near Magnolia Avenue 325 feet north along the West side of 6th Avenue; same to be paid for by your petitioner, and allowed on the water books of the City as a credit to your petitioner.
