Call meeting – of the Board Aug 11. 1933

In response to a call meeting the executive board met at the home of Mrs. G. M. Ponton. Aug. 11th. Mrs Ponton, first V. Pres. presiding

Mrs. Ben Bostain's resignation as Pres. was read by Mrs. Grawling

Mrs. Ponton's resignation, as first V. Pres. was read by Mrs. Grawling.

Miss Gregg's resignation of chairmanship of Educational Com. was read.

These resignations were accepted with deep regret.

After general discussion, [moved] adjournment, Mrs. Ponton served refreshments.
