Upon payment for Mrs. Nisbet's account of the balance due on the enclosed note in accordance with the foregoing, you are authorized to deliver these papers to the proper respresentative of the Woman's Club of Tallahassee, Fla., placing the collections made by you for Mrs. Nisbet's accout, $1800. plus any interest accruing after November 11th, at the rate of 7% per annum, to her credit with yourselves and I ask you, at the completion of this transaction, to kindly mail Mrs. Nisbet, to the above address, duplicate deposit ticket showing this credit to her account. If this matter is not closed up on or before Thursday, November 16th, kindly advise me promptly by United States mail.
