In response to a call meeting
the executive board met at the
home of Mrs. G. M. Ponton. Aug. 11th. Mrs
Ponton, first V. Pres. presiding

Mrs. Ben Bostain's resignation
as Pres. was read by Mrs. Gramling

Mrs. Ponton's resignation, as first
V. Pres. was read by Mrs. Gramling.

Miss Gregg's resignation of chair-
manship of Educational Com. was read.

These resignations were accepted
with deep regret.

After general discussion, [moved]
adjournment, Mrs. Ponton served re-
freshments.
