VERSO: Hanover, N.H. April 21, 1941.

The annual meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery Association was held this day at the Dartmouth Savings Bank at 2 P.M., with Gilman D. Frost, President, in the chair and all other directors present except F. J. Neef, who resigned on account of his health late last year; the Treasurer, David C. Rennie, being represented by Morris Aldrich on account of the former's illness.

After the reading of the call for this meeting by the Secretary, the Treasurer's report was given by Morris Aldrich. There was a deficit of approximately two hundred dollars, made up by payments for lots during the year. The Treasurers report was accepted, and the auditor's report was not yet signed, in advance of the Treasurer.

The minutes were then read and accepted

It was voted that Mr. Neef's resignation be accepted with regrets on the part of the other directors, with appreciation of his service to the Association.

The Superintendent then gave his report, showing that the year was about an average one in regard to upkeep.

The directors for the ensuing year were elected - the four present officers were reelected and the fifth was Robert A. McKennan, as follows:
