It was then voted to adjourn

Sept. 14, 1942. Mr. McKennan resigned, having accepted a commission in the Army.

Nov 2, 1942.

In the absence of the president, Dr. G. D. Frost,
who died on Oct. 8, 1942, this special meeting
called by the Vice-president, Mr. R. J. Putnam, the
latter presided.

Feeling deeply the loss of our president it was
voted that the Secretary prepare a statement
in regard to Dr. Frost's directorship, in the attempt
to express the feeling of the Directors at this loss x
