In accordance with the foregoing warrant the annual meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery Association at Precinct Hall this day.
Samuel W. Cobb was chosen Moderator.
The following officers were chosen for the ensuing year.

It was voted that the Directors be a Committee to take measures to procure a good carriage road from Main St. to Cemetery, between Hiram Hitchcocks & E. T. Quimby's land.
Also to procure an entrance from Wheelock St. across Luneau Bantwells land, if thought practicable.
Voted to adjourn to meet at same place, at 2 P.M. four weeks from date. May,8 12, 1876.

VERSO: It was also left with the Directors to try and arrange with Luman Boutwell & secure a Carriage road from the new road to the Cemetery. using the six feet we now have a half of said road. The subject of enlarging the Dowl Door was also left with Directors.

RECTO: The annual meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery Assocition was held at the Office of Frederic Chase Apr. 25 1885. at 3 P.M. The Pres. being absent Vice Pres. S. P. Leeds occupied the chair.

The annual meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery Association was held to-day in the Directors room of the Dartmouth National Bank. Reports of the Sec'y and Tr. were read and approved. The following officers were chosen.

Dr. Frost was directed to secure if possible the right of way across the land owned by L. Boutwell in exchange for the path six feet-wide now owned by the association. The Supt. was instructed not to permit burials upon lots until after the purchase money has been paid.

Dr. Frost reported that a deed of the right of way across the land of L. Boutwell had been secured and placed on file. Voted to accept the report and discharge the committee
