At a special meeting held by the of Dart. Cem. Assoc. on the above date at Hanover, N. H. it was unanimously voted that David C. Rennie, Treasurer, be and hereby is authorized and empowered to deposit with the New York Trust Company, 100 Broadway, New York City. as depositary $1000⁰⁰ Omaha & Council Bluffs St. Ry Co., 1st Comsol. Mortgage 5% Gold Bonds dated December 1, 1902. due January 1, 1937 with January 1, 1937 and subsequest coupons attached, in exchange for 4% Bonds due January 1, 1947 in accordance with the plan and agreement dated October 1, 1936 in behalf of the said ___ ___________________.
