be and hereby is authorized and empowered to deposit with the
New York Trust Company, 100 Broadway, New York City. as depositary
$1000⁰⁰ Omaha & Council Bluffs St. Ry Co., 1st Comsol. Mortgage
5% Gold Bonds dated December 1, 1902. due January 1, 1937 with
January 1, 1937 and subsequest coupons attached, in exchange for
4% Bonds due January 1, 1947 in accordance with the plan and
agreement dated October 1, 1936 in behalf of the said ___
