The association met agreeably to the foregoing notice, and were called to order by the Vice President. John R. Runnals.
On Motion voted to take up the second Article first.
On Motion voted to amend the By Laws so as to authorize the Commissioners to call special meetings at any time when they shall think it necessary

On Motion voted to proceed to the consideration of the 1st Article of the notice.
Suggestion was made that it would be advisable to cut off the pickets of the fense as they were thought to be to neer the ground. On motion it was voted to leave the matter to the Commissioners.
On motion voted to meet Tuesday Aug. 9th in the morning to mow the grass in The Cemetery. if rainy the next fair day.

VERSO Proceeded to ballot for Vice President Whole No. of votes 9 Necessary for choice 5 Willard G. Hurlbutt 1 John R. Rummals 8 and was declared elected. Proceeded to ballot for Clerk Whole No. of votes 10 Necessary for choice 6 William L. Barnes 1 Asa W. Fellows 9 and was declared elected and being present took the oath of office. Proceeded to ballot for Treasurer Whole No. of votes 10 Necessary for a Choice 6 Herbert W. Barnes had 10 and was declared elected.
RECTO On motion voted the commissioners make rules regulating the grading of the lots in the cemetery recently laid out by them. Voted to adjourn A true record Asa W. Fellows Clerk.
