Art. 6. The board of Commissioners shall have the suprintendence of the affairs of the association, and all money belonging to the association, and all money recieved by them for promoting the objects for which the association was formed shall be expended by them, subject to instructions from the association and make a report of thier doings at the annual meeting.

Art. 7. Any male person wishing to become a member of the association may deposit one dollar with the clerk, who shall report his name at its next meeting, and if accepted by a majority vote of those present and voting shall become a member. Any female may become a member if accepted by a majority vote without the payment of the dollar.

Art. 8. These by-laws may be amended at any meeting of the association called for that purpose, by a vote of two thirds of the members present and voting.

1 The association met agreeable to the requirements of Article 4. of the Charter and voted and made choice of Eva M. Stander as Clerk Pro Tem. by the following vote

33 A meeting of the Hanover Centre Cemetery Association was holden at the vestry of the First-Congregational Society

To the members of the Hanover Centre Cemetery Association.

You are hereby notified to meet at the vestry of the First-Congregational Society at Hanover Centre N.H. on Friday the fifth day of August next at half past seven oclock P.M. to act upon the following subjects Viz.

1^st. To see what instructions the association will give their Commissioners in regard to improvements of the Cemetery.

2^nd To see if the association will vote to amend the By Laws of the association in such manner that the Commissioners shall be authorized to call a special meeting at any time when they shall (over)
