the foregoing notice, and were called to

On Motion voted to take up the second
Article first.

On Motion voted to amend the By Laws
so as to authorize the Commissioners to
call special meetings at any time when
they shall think it necessary

On Motion voted to proceed to the consid-
eration of the 1st Article of the notice.

Suggestion was made that it would be advisable to cut off the pickets of the
fense as they were thought to be to neer
the ground. On motion it was voted
to leave the matter to the Commissioners.

On motion voted to meet Tuesday Aug.
9th in the morning to mow the grass in
The Cemetery. if rainy the next fair day.
