Hanover Center N.H. Sept. 24, 1908 At the annual meeting a failure was made to elect the necessary officers, leaving vacancies which were filled by the commissions agreeably to the provisions of the constitution.

Whereas vacancies exist in the offices of Commissioner, Clerk, and Treasurer, of the Hanover Centre Cemetery Association, we do by theauthority vested in us by the By Laws of said association, appoint Asa W. Fellows. as a member of the board of Commissioners for ensuing too years. Noted and made choice of John R. Runnals. as a member of the board of Commissioners for the ensuing three years. Noted and made choice of Herbert N. Barnes. for President, who declined to serve, and John O. Gale was then chosen President. Noted and chose Henry L. Barnes. Vice Pres. Noted and chose Asa N.
