Lynn?] Sir 25 July 1856 In January last Mr Spelman Woodhouse, Master of the vessel "Dash" of your port picked up at Sea a boat belonging to the "Wyke Regis" of Poole - the Salvage whereon is One Guinea - Herewith I send you Form 8 to which I will thank you to obtain the signatures of Mr Woodhouse and return it to me - where I will send £1.1.0 to deliver to him. Board of Trade wreck accounts [Marine] Department [Collector] of [customs] & [Receiver] of wreck [Hull] with reference to paragraph 82 of the "Instructions to Receivers of wreck" you are requested to forward to this department without delay your accounts and vouchers for the Quarter ended 30th June 1837 - In case you have nothing to account for or to report a letter to that effect should have been and in [future] is to be, [transmitted] at the [expiration] of the Quarter.
