Hi HeidiMarie -- If you want to do strikethroughs, FromThePage actually supports the word tag in the transcribed text. I'm kind of astounded you could read that (old + handwriting + Italian + strikethroughs!), but I'll try to put it in the transcription field (please feel free to fix it). ( will probably work for underlines -- let me try that too.)
