1971 Sat. Raining and foggy. To store. Baked cookies. Sewing squares together.

[p.57] February 21 1969 Fri. To club to hear talk on Seneca College - Slides. Lunch at head table. Saw Mrs. Kerr, Dell, etc. To get page xeroxed.

1970 Sat. Snowing. Worked all day on page proof. To store. Heard " Turandot" on radio.

1971 Sun. Mild and dull. To church Communion - all going to front of church. To Hugh's for dinner and Paul's birthday.

[p.58] Paul February 22 1969 Sat. Shopped. Sent xerox sheet to nursing writers. Paul is 5. To Hugh's for his birthday dinner. Joan there.

1970 Sun To church. Worked on Empire and Communication. To dinner for Paul's birthday - Myra Alan and Beverley there. Alan drove me home.

1971 Mon. Paul is 7. Cold. Walked to powers for grapefruit. Wrote letters, sewed square. Made spanish cream.

1970 Mon. Milder. To Reference library - worked on Empire and communication. Books. Got new lotteries for radio.

1971 Tues. Had my hair done. Icy and slushy. Tanya cleaned, lunch with Charity Grant and she told me [her] troubles. Returned U of T books.
