for enquiry from him as to his difficulties - I immediately met the Ch Wardens, and arranged to attend a Meeting of the Parochial Council on the following day and herewith enclose a report of the Meeting The following observations I consider it necessary to make from particulars learnt at the Meeting and information elsewhere-

1st Revd Mr Hutchins has had to bear the brunt for all the misery and difficulties attending a new comer settling in so distant a part of the Colony. His house consited of a very small iron building unfit -

I hereby agree to let to Rev'd J.S.
