A warm, clear day; I walked home from Cherry Grove;
Lucy went to Phils last evening to wait on Kate; she
sick; the snow going fast: Father gone to Rockville;
Joe at Phils after Supper.

22nd.
A rainy day; Joe went to Washington; Lucy came home from
Phils; Kate better; I had a cold and did not go to meeting.

23d.
A clear plesant day; Father went to Laurel and back
in the Stage; Lucy went to Uncle Samuels in the afternoon
and staid all night at the Cottage.

24th.
A clear pleasant day; Nothing occurred of any note.
heard of the death of little Warwick Miller; died this morning.
