death of John Leadbeater; died yesterday morning.

11th.
Cold and cloudy. Father came home.

12th.
A clear pleasant day; I was at meeting; Charlie Brooke
here to dinner; Warwick Stabler here to supper; he and Joe
went somewhere together after supper; Warwick Miller called
here in the afternoon; I called at Cherry Grove: William
at Spring Garden.

13th.
Kate and I spent the day at Grove Hill; I called at
Joshua Gilpins on my way home; found Aunt Nancy
there; we came home together.
