And, furthermore, nearly everybody got Here on time to the walk, except - well "But why bring that up"
The walk was a very important and interesting feature and we had good suppers then too, I'm tellin' you and we knew how to whet a generous apetite. Well how is it today?
A good many of us are lucky to eat at the first table. We are the Enterprise Club but are we enterprising? At a recent meeting Maurice Stabler made the timely suggestion that each member make a greater effort to come to

meetings prepared to ask some question or have something of interest to tell.
That has helped already but lets go further and make a determined effort to throw interest and pep and into the walks and I would go further still ---- lets,just for this one year when we get to the club , forget all about the everlasting automobile.
Lets park em way off out of sight and make it a misdemeanor to tell a Ford joke or make any reference to "chev" or Josepline.
In other words lets tend more strictly to farm and home and fireside.

Since our last meeting at Norwood , our host has very ingeniously converted an old chicken house into a neat practical greenhouse , which is in service now as a cold frame, with handsome lettuce and other plants growing nicely.
No arrangement has been made for artifical [Seating?] but it is readily adaptable to winter use as well.
Our host was anxious for our advice with regard to the reconstruction of a pig pen and also with regard to a large pile of mouldy corn in the corn house.
As we took no walk our advice in the meeting was not much more than a combination of snap judgements - a fleeting something that can turn with
