Ther. THURS. APRIL 6th, 1899 Wind
Rather warmer today and
quite pleasant most of the
day, but towards evening it
clouded up & the wind felt
raw & chilly. Saml Bond Jr
came to the office to see me
in regard to his left arm,
which was more seriously
injured than we suspected
when he was hurt about a
week ago. I went to the P.O.
& Store before and afternnoon
and went ot the toll house after
supper.

Ther. FRI. APRIL 7th, 1899. Wind
This has been a real rainy
day. Willie brought Alice Peirce
over and left her here, he going
back before lunch. Afterwards
Mr Robison was in for advice
& medicine. I had directed the
letter to Geo. Oldfield to " Babcock"
Mich. instead of Wis. and it came
back today from Cleveland O.
After supper I went to F. Leizear's
and enquired for the address &
meeting Warwick Stabler there
gave him the redirected letter
to mail by the tomorrow morning's
mail. Edwd went to store
for coal oil.
