J. H. McKerras Interim Professor of Classics.

[tab]The minutes of last meeting were read and
approved.

[margin]Report on curriculum[/margin][tab]The consideration of the Report on the curriculum
was deferred till next meeting.

[margin]Univ. Exam. on[/margin][tab]It was agreed that that[sic] that[sic] the University0
[margin]English Literature[/margin]examination of the third year students in Spalding's
Logic English Literature be confined this session
to "the Age of Shakespeare, Spencer, Milton,
and Bacon."

[margin]Regulations for Univ.[/margin][tab]The Draft of Regulations anent University
[margin]Examinations[/margin]examinations which was laid on the table at the
meeting held on 17th Feb. was taken up, and after
being amended was adopted, and it was agreed
to act upon the Regulations as far as possible this
session.

[margin]John Bell's Thesis sub-[/margin][tab]
[margin]ject[/margin]The Senatus gave their sanction to the proposed
subject of Mr. John Bell's Thesis for
the degree of M.A. viz. "Distanaceæ."

[tab]The Senatus adjourned till Tuesday
