A nice little ground nut which Is greatly liked by the children. In sweet
ness and flavor they resemble the cocoanut or almoyd and are considered
very nice put on the table In a fruit dish with candles. and as an after dinner relish. They a re very prolific, a single one yIeldi ng from two to four
hundred. The nuts grow under ground, very near the surfuce, easily
reached by figS and poultry, and destroyed by them If they have fref'
