(1792-1869). Son of Nathaniel Stone. He is number 446 in the Simon Stone Genealogy available in Hathi Trust.
Not to be confused with his uncle David Stone (1747-1824), who had inherited half of the Stone homestead land in 1793, which was then conveyed in full to Nathaniel.
From the Stone Genealogy, "in the division of his father's ancestral estate in 1843, [David] received about fourteen acres at the northeast corner of Grove Street and Coolidge Avenue and the east half of a double house built thereon in 1831."
