We do not perceive any good
reason why it should be accepted
from in this instance. The donor
was himself one of the persons
by whom the regulation was
made & having made a bequest
which comes within its terms
& spirit must be taken to have
made the bequest subject to the
regulation. At the same time
we should think it proper to
give notice, to the Executors of
Mr Justice Story, of the regulation
& how the income of the
funds will be ascertained.
We have subjoined certain votes
which we think should be
passed.

account on his books with "The
Story Fund" - crediting that account
