(September 18, 1779 – September 10, 1845) Lawyer and Supreme Court Judge. Husband of Sarah Story. Father of William W. Story who sculpted the statue of Judge Story for the Cemetery.

First President of Mount Auburn Cemetery. Buried in Lot 313.
