The com^ee to whom was referred the
subject of the bequest of the late Mr.
Justice Story by leave respectfully
to report that the nature of the
trusts upon which the bequest
was made, in their opinion requires
a separate account to be kept
of the income & expenditures of this
fund; but pursuant to a regula-
tion made by the Trustees on the
15^th day of July 1843 there
can be no separate investment
of it. That regulation was as follows
