No Bake Cookies

2 cups sugar 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup cocoa 1 stick oleo 1/2 cup peanut butter 3 cups minute oatmeal

Mix 1st 3 ingred. in large sauce pan over high heat. Boil hard for 1 min. Remove from heat + add oleo + peanut butter. Mix thoroughly - add oats + mix - Drop by teaspoonsful on waxed paper. Cool - then eat.

Hash roast beef cooked potato onion carrots salt & pepper

Brown above ingred. Add brown gravy & heat thru

German Chocolate Frosting

1 cup evap. milk - 1 cup sugar 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten - 1/2 cup oleo - 1 tea vanilla Combine in saucepan - cook + stir over medium heat until thickened, about 12 mins. Remove from heat- add : 1 1/2 cups angel flake coconut 1 cup chopped pecans.

Cool, beating occasionally, until of spreading consistency. Makes 2 1/2 cups.

1 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup shortening 2 eggs 1 cup coconut 2 cups rice krispies 2 cups flour 1 t vanilla 1 t soda

Lemon Delight

1 cup flour -1 stick oleo - 1/2 C chopped nuts Press into 9"X 13" pan - bake 350°- 15 min

1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup cool whip 8 oz Philadelphia cheese Mix + pour over cooled crust

Mix 2 small pkgs. instant jello pudding - 3 cups milk Beat until thick - pour over cream cheese mixture. Put rest of whip cream on top. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired. Use lemon chocolate or coconut or banada pudding. Lemon is delicious
