Creamed Eggs and Peas
Make a medium white sauce.
1 slice of onion may be minced
and added to the butter when
making sauce, if desired. Add
hard boiled eggs cut in halves,
and cooked peas. Serve on
toast or cut bread rings with a
doughnut cutter, spread with
soft butter, sprinkle with grated
cheese and put under broiler
until brown.
