Log Cabins (for hot vegetables)

in rail fashion

Croustades

Trim crusts fro bread. Cut in
2 inch slices. Hollow out center,
with melted butter and bake. Fil
with any creamed mixture.

Baked Salmon

1 can salmon mashed
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup milk
1 unbeaten egg
mix with so
1 1/2 c bread cu
salt & pepper
1/2 c milk & salmon
Add 1 stalk celery, a bit of
chopped 1 tbs. onion, and 1/4 green
pepper chopped. Set in a pan of hot
water and bake 1 hr. 375 degrees.
