Scotch 'n Chocolate Pie
1 pkg. Butterscotch pudding
2 tbs brown sugar
2 c. milk
2 tbs. butter
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate, gra
1 baked pie shell
Whipped cream
Pudding & brown sugar - mix
with milk & cook. Add butter
Divide in half & add grated
chocolate to one half. Pour
in patty shells & top with butter
Top with Cream. Garnish with
grated orange rind & cut
Maraschino cherries.

Brown Sugar Icing
Boil 3 tbs butter, 1/2 c brown sug
2 or 3 tbs milk. Add 4 X sugar
