Dear Dr. Van Waters I recieved your letter today & was very pleased that I can help, with the other men here at Walpole, in doing something for others that are more important.

If you will map out the sizes & other details for the booth sings & any other polsters that would be helpful, I will see that they are received in plenty of time. Any suggestions as to their design would help largely.

Also if you give us some idea as to type, size & other indntifications of the articles allowed to be donated, I may be able to talk to some of the men working on advocational projects. They produce some very beautiful articles of plaster, wood & leather, and most are always very pleased to donate to such a worthy cause. The sooner we know just what can be used the sooner we can plan to be prepared to lend our helping

I was very glad to hear that my mother had written & I am also glad that you have replied. I may receive a visit today or next Sunday & I am sure she will have mention of you in her conversation.

I have received my course in Biology so I now have two courses. At present I have completed three assignments in Botany & two in Biology. None has been return corrected as yet so I do not know exactly were I stand. I have studied at length with each lesson so I hope they are good marks. At any rate I will continue to study hard as I enjoy both & know they will be beneficial to
